     Anglin Built is a family-owned and operated, high-performance residential construction company specializing in custom new homes and remodeling throughout North Florida, including Port Saint Joe and Tallahassee. We focus on creating homes that perform beyond code by applying advanced building science, passive design principles, and meticulous construction methods that deliver superior durability, comfort, energy efficiency, and storm resilience.

     More simply, we build higher-performing, more efficient homes by minimizing heat gain in the summer, maximizing heat gain in the winter, and tightly controlling air and moisture movement throughout the building envelope. This performance-driven approach allows us to construct homes that use significantly less energy, provide exceptional comfort, and stand the test of time - all while remaining within your project budget.

 After talking and meeting with a few contractors in the area, my husband and I decided to use Anglin Built to build our house at St. Joe Beach. When we met with Bryant initially to discuss our build, we thought we thought we'd be there for maybe an hour, but it ended up being almost four!
